Acupuncture
Personalized acupuncture for pain, stress, sleep, and overall wellness. Led by Dr. Dana Gulati, DACM, with over twenty years of clinical experience — at our clinic or in your home.
Acupuncture is one of the oldest and most studied forms of medicine in the world. At Root Integrative Medicine, we practice both classical and modern styles — selecting the approach that best matches your body, your condition, and your goals.
Most patients describe their sessions as deeply restorative. The needles are extremely fine — far thinner than a standard medical needle — and most people feel little to nothing during insertion. Many fall asleep during treatment.
Beyond the visible pain or symptom you came in for, acupuncture works systemically: regulating the nervous system, improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and restoring the body's own capacity to heal.
